The blouse I purchased looks nothing new. It seems like a used blouse. It did not come on it's original package, the way you receive them in their plastic bag. I buy all my clothes in boutiques so I know when something is not new but used. I have sent various emails to the email you provide and not out of courtesy or respect have you answered any of them. I feel deceived.
