We gladly accept returns of  unworn,  unwashed,  undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 14 calendar days* of the purchase date for store credit.

Merchandise may be returned for a 220 Boutique Gift Card that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout and you may then apply this to your next order!  No restocking fees.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE BACK TO US IN 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT TO YOU! This date is located on your tracking email that you will receive with your shipment of the order. Orders received AFTER 14 calendar days will NOT be accepted. All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.  All items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned!

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 3 DAYS of delivery.


If you need a different size in your item, please email us to see if another size is available.  If your size is sold out, we will offer an in-store credit for the full amount given via electronic 220 Boutique Gift Card only. 

All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still intact.

No perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or any odors should be on the clothing. Inspection of your item will be performed, before your gift card is e-mailed.

Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact our store via email within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

RETURNS

Ship Your Return

  • The cost of return shipping, $6.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (E-Gift Card) if you use the return label provided by 220 Boutique.
    • You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, you MUST request a return authorization request for each order/item you are sending back. You must include the return authorization slip and the invoice for ALL orders/items being returned.  
  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. 
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a 220 Boutique E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.
  • Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) for your return to be processed.

How long does it take to process the return?

  • Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How do I request a return label?

  • Start your return process by sending us an email to mail@220boutique.com to receive a return label to your email address on file.
  • Include your Order Number, item number to be returned, and Billing Zip Code.

Is there a return fee?

  • If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $6.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (220 Boutique E-Gift Card). You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, trackable method.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. No exceptions.
